I recently stayed at Hotel Boccaccio for a short trip to Florence. The staff, particularly Elby, were exceptional in their warmth and attention. Elby provided excellent information about the town and places to visit, making me feel very welcome. The hotel's location was also a major advantage as it was within walking distance of the main attractions and had convenient access to public transportation.

There were some issues with the power sockets in the room, which made it difficult to plug in my laptop when I had urgent work to do. The staff was not very helpful or accommodating in finding a solution to this problem.

We spent a delightful New Year's at a hotel in Florence. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and all the main attractions. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer our questions and assist us with any needs. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. the breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience and felt that we received great value for our money.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. the noise from the street could be a bit disruptive, even with the window closed.

We chose Hotel Boccaccio for its convenient location near the train station, just a few steps away. Little did we know that our encounter with some of the working employees would bring us immense joy. One staff member in particular, Elvis, went above and beyond to assist us. When we called him the night before to inquire about leaving our luggage for three nights, he happily informed us that it could be done at no extra charge. Not only is Elvis multilingual, but his positive and helpful demeanor truly made our stay memorable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also outstanding, as we checked even the corners and behind the toilets. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of all that Florence has to offer. We highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel and its wonderful crew.
